
The future apartment building willl consist of two parts of which the bigger will include 16, and the smaller 3 apartments. Altogether, the building shall have 19 two-to-four-room apartment ownerships. The new apartment building will have two staircases – one in the smaller and the other in the bigger part of the building.
There willl be a car park for the residents’ cars in front of the building.
The plot is planned to be surrounded by a fence and the driveway shall be equipped with a barrier. The residents’ access is planned through Aleksandri Street. The parking spaces will be paved with asphalt. All the apartments of the building shall have balconies or spacious terraces.
The future apartment ownerships will be on the ground floor and on first and second floor. On the first floor, there shall also be some technical rooms and 19 storerooms. There will be 20 parking spaces in the inner yard.
The building is located in the inner part of the block and is further away from the street near the schoolhouse. The location will provide the future residents, who appreciate the living environment of the town centre, with sufficient privacy.
All apartment ownership consist of a living room with a kitchen corner, a bathroom with a toilet, and two to three bedrooms according to the size of the apartment ownership.
The building will be built on a strip foundation. The outer walls shall be laid of concrete blocks of Columbia-stone (190 mm) and insulated by expanded polystyrene (150 mm). The façade of the building shall be covered with silicate plaster, which shall be covered by façade paint. The earth shall be given a slope further away from the building. The front doors of the stairwells shall be double-glazed with aluminium framing and equipped with an intercom/ phone system
The registered immovable to be constructed at Aleksandri Street 35 is located in the Karlova district between Aleksandri, Lina, Kalevi, and Aida Streets in the inner area of the district next to Karlova Gümnaasium /Secondary School/. There is also a kindergarten near the building. The town centre is only a five-minute walk away. The district has well developed infrastructure. As in the outskirts of the town there are almost no empty registered immovables, people value new apartment buildings being built more and more.
