The building has three floors. There are 10 business spaces and technical rooms on the ground floor. There are 2-room apartments on the second and third floor. Almost all apartments have balconies. The building has two staircases. Each apartment has its own auxiliary room. Street lightning is provided along Papiniidu street and at the entrances of the building.

Next to the building there is a lawn for children’s playground (sandbox) and benches for having a rest. It is possible to park cars in Papiniidu street.

Streets and car parks are connected with surrounding streets, pedestrians access the plot from Papiniidu street. Footpath on the plot is made of concrete paving stones. The garbage containers for the building are located at the edge of the plot.

The apartments have modern balconies with steel bearing structures. The barriers of balconies are partly made of glass and partly of minerite board. Bearing walls of the building will be built of Columbia-kivi blocks and partly of Fibo-3 and Fibo-5 blocks.

The façade of the building is covered with white and dark plaster. The front doors of staircases are insulated glazed doors with metal profile, the doors have a door phone system.

Papiniidu 64 is situated between the green area and the built up area in the vicinity of the beach district of Pärnu. According to the detailed plan, the future developers have a right to build another three-storey house in the area between the present building and the sea.

The beach is 600 m away from the building. Thus, we do not offer sea views but vicinity to sea is an important benefit and it is only a 10-minute walk to the beach.

There is a good infrastructure in the area with all necessary services like supermarkets, school, petrol station, sports facilities, good bus connection with the centre and the beach district.

Several new apartment buildings and public buildings have been recently built and will be built in the area of Mai and Papiniidu street adding the given human environment more value.
